Simran Singh is the Global Affairs Advisor for our International Dharmic Organizations. He was born into Kundalini Yoga in Germany and has represented our Sangat around the world, as a guest of churches, kings, parliaments and heads of state. He has taught Kundalini Yoga and trained yoga teachers since he was a teenager.

His positions include(d) Senior VP of Akal Security, Chairman of the Advisory Board at EOR, Advisory Council Member at the Rumi Forum, Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts in London, Advisor to the American Muslim & Multifaith Women’s Empowerment Council, Senior Fellow at the Dietrich Bonhoeffer Institute, Board Member of the National Interfaith Alliance (US), Chairman of Miri Piri Academy, Executive VP at the Alzeimer’s Research and Prevention Foundation, and he holds the Ministerial Chair at the US National Stop the Violence Alliance, Founded by Martin Luther King Nephew Vernon King. He is also the Vice Chairman of the renowned International Religious Freedom Secretariat in Washington, DC. US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton named him as a Member of her Strategic Dialogue with Civil Society.
